Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ka bërë të ditur se në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve (QNR) po vazhdojnë procedurat për përgatitjen e materialeve zgjedhore që lidhen me format e veçanta të votimit, përfshirë votimin me kusht, votimin e personave me nevoja të veçanta dhe votimin jashtë Kosovës.
Sipas KQZ-së, para fillimit të numërimit të këtyre fletëvotimeve, po realizohet procesi i skanimit të listave të votuesve të përdorura në vendvotime, me qëllim të verifikimit dhe parandalimit të rasteve të mundshme të votimit të dyfishtë.
Gjithashtu, pas përfundimit të tërheqjes së fletëvotimeve nga votimi përmes postës, do të bëhet edhe verifikimi i tyre për të siguruar se janë dërguar nga votuesit e regjistruar.
Nga votimi jashtë Kosovës, në 30 përfaqësi diplomatike, nga 27,724 qytetarë të regjistruar, kanë votuar 22,414 persona. Ndërkohë, për votimin përmes postës janë regjistruar gjithsej 104,480 votues, ndërsa procesi i tërheqjes së pakove zgjedhore nga kutitë postare është ende në përfundim.
Sipas KQZ-së, këto hapa procedurale janë të domosdoshme për garantimin e integritetit të procesit zgjedhor dhe për mundësimin e fillimit të rregullt të numërimit të këtyre kategorive të votave në QNR.
