Në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve po vazhdon numërimin e votave nga votimi me postë.
Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve njoftoi se deri në orën 16:00 janë numëruar 57 kuti votimi, në të cilat janë vendosur zarfet me fletëvotime pas aprovimit të tyre nga shërbimi votues i KQZ-së.
“Sipas procedurave, zarfet që supozohet se përmbajnë fletëvotime, pas procesit të vlerësimit janë sistemuar në kuti votimi sipas komunave prej nga vijnë votuesit e regjistruar. Deri në këtë kohë, janë përgatitur dhe regjistruar në platformën e rezultateve 156 kuti votimi. Të tjera kuti votimi do të shtohen në këtë platformë derisa të përmbyllet procesi i vlerësimit të të gjitha pakove të tërhequra nga kutitë postare të KQZ-së”, thuhet në njoftim.
Votimi përmes postës është mundësuar nga 21 maj deri më 6 qershor 2026, ndërsa numri i shtetasve të Kosovës të regjistruar për të votuar përmes postës ishte rreth 105 mijë.
KQZ thotë se në QNR ka vazhduar edhe procesi i vlerësimit të pakove të supozuara me fletëvotime nga votimi jashtë Kosovës, përmes postës.
“Deri në përfundim të ditës së shtunë (13 qershor 2026) në procesin e vlerësimit janë përfshirë 75,590 pako, prej të cilave janë aporvuar 72,746, ndërkaq janë refuzuar 2,844. Procesi i vlerësimit të të gjitha pakove, pritet të përmbyllet gjatë ditës së sotme, e diel, 14 qershor”, njoftoi KQZ-ja.
KQZ tha se aryseja më e shprehur se përse janë refuzuar këto pako është sepse në 2,571 raste mungon dëftesa e regjistrimit, një dokument me të dhëna unike, që votuesi i regjistruar e pranon nga KQZ.
“Po ashtu, arsyet e tjera, më pak të shprehura, lidhen me rastet kur në një pako janë përfshirë më shumë se një fletëvotim ose më shumë se një person (177), kur votuesi ka dërguar pakon nga një shtet tjetër nga ai ku ishte regjistruar për votim (21), kur në pako është gjetur vetëm dëftesa e regjistrimit pa fletëvotim (27), kur ka munguar pulla apo vula postare (5), si dhe me një rast kur fletëvotimi është shtypur. Sipas të dhënave të KQZ-së, janë evidentuar edhe 42 zarfe të dërguara gabimisht”.
Gjatë ditës së hënë, më 8 qershor, KQZ kujtoi se është përmbyllur procesi i tërheqjes së pakove me fletëvotime që i takojnë votimit jashtë Kosovës, përkatësisht votimit përmes postës. Tërheqja e pakove me fletëvotime ëshë bërë nga kutitë postare të KQZ-së në 22 shtete të ndryshme si dhe nga kutia postare e KQZ-së në Kosovë. Nga 23 kuti postare, janë tërhequr më shumë se 85,700 pako të supozuara me fletëvotime, pjesa më e madhe e të cilave, deri më tani, janë vlerësuar nga shërbimi votues i KQZ-së.
