V pražském Klementinu v úterý meteorologové zaznamenali první letošní tropickou noc, naměřili tam 20,1 stupně Celsia. Jako tropická noc se označuje ta, kdy teplota neklesne pod dvacet stupňů Celsia. O tom, že Česko čeká zřejmě nejteplejší noc tohoto roku, informoval Český hydrometeorologický ústav (ČHMÚ) v pondělí v podvečer. Tropickou noc zažilo ale jen Klementinum, stanice je ve vnitřní zástavbě města.
„Probudili jsme se do teplého rána s minimálními teplotami většinou od 18 do 14 stupňů Celsia, na Moravě a ve Slezsku bylo naměřeno ojediněle až 11 stupňů Celsia. V Praze na Klementinu díky umístění stanice v zástavbě jsme zaznamenali tropickou noc – teplota vzduchu klesla jen na 20,1 stupně Celsia,“ uvedl ČHMÚ na facebooku .
V loňském roce zaznamenali meteorologové první tropickou noc 5. června na stanicích v Moravskoslezském kraji Karviná a Ropice. Nejvíce tropických nocí zažilo loni právě Klementinum, a to devět.
Loni ČHMÚ evidoval čtrnáct tropických nocí. „Pro porovnání, nejvíce tropických nocí zaznamenala stanice Praha, Klementinum v létě 2015, a to 28,“ uvedl ČHMÚ ve zprávě o hodnocení léta 2025.
Tropických nocí v Česku přibývá
Od roku 1960 byl dosud nejvyšší počet tropických nocí – třicet čtyři – evidovaný v letech 1994 a 2015. Na loňský rok připadlo dvanáct tropických nocí, o rok dříve jednatřicet. V roce 1976 bylo tropických nocí pět. Zvedá se také nejvyšší naměřená teplota. Zatímco před padesáti lety byla nejvyšší naměřená tropická teplota 22,8 °C, loni bylo číslo o 0,9 °C vyšší.
Klementinum, kde se počasí sleduje nepřetržitě od roku 1775, stojí v historickém centru Prahy. Měření na této stanici ovlivňuje řada faktorů, například umístění měřicích přístrojů v areálu nebo poloha ve středu města, přesto představuje podle meteorologů pro moderní vědu ojedinělý a nesmírně cenný zdroj informací o stavu počasí a podnebí v novodobé historii.
