Young man arrested for child rape at gallery in Skellefteå

En ung man har anhållits misstänkt för våldtäkt mot barn. Brottet har skett inne på en galleria i centrala Skellefteå.

– Målsägande är under 15 år, säger David Nyström, gruppchef för grova brott hos polisen i Skellefteå.

Våldtäkten anmäldes under måndagen. Den unge mannen och målsägande är ytligt bekanta med varandra enligt polisen.

Brottet ska ha skett inne på Citykompaniet i Skellefteå.

– Vi ska hålla förhör och spårsäkra, säger David Nyström, gruppchef för grova brott för särskilt utsatta brottsoffer.

Polisen vill inte säga mer än så i nuläget. Åklagare vill inte heller kommentera bevisläget.

– Personen som är anhållen är i sena tonåren. Normalt sett är det sannolika skäl som gäller för ett anhållningsbeslut, det gäller även i det här fallet, säger åklagaren Peter Jonsson.
