Big fight in Linköping Ten young men started fighting

A large fight broke out in Berga, Linköping, on Wednesday evening involving around ten young men, several in their twenties. Police were called to the scene and found a man with a bloodied face. Ett stort slagsmål bröt ut i Berga i Linköping på onsdagskvällen. Flertalet polispatruller larmades till platsen och väl där anträffades en man med blodigt ansikte.

Det var klockan 20.27 som larmet kom in till polisen. Enligt uppgift ska runt tio unga män, flera av dem i 20-årsåldern, börjat bråka med varandra.

När polisen kom till platsen började ungdomarna springa från platsen.

– Vi har en större resurs på platsen och börjar söka efter folk i området. Det är inte helt klart vad som har hänt, säger Olle Älveroth, presstalesperson på polisen, under onsdagskvällen.

En man anträffades på platsen som var blodig i ansiktet. Det är oklart om han behövde föras till sjukhus.

– Vi utreder det i nuläget som grov misshandel. Ingen är gripen men vi håller förhör, säger Olle Älveroth.

I måndags kväll skedde också ett bråk i centrala Linköping där minst fyra män i 20-årsåldern började bråka. Det är oklart om händelserna har någon koppling till varandra.

På torsdagsmorgonen säger polisens presstalesperson, Mats Pettersson, att polisen har en hyfsat god bild av vad som hänt.

– Vi har hållit förhör, men ingen vill medverka. Någon form av tillhygge ska ha använts, men ingen ska ha blivit allvarligt skadad.
