A tres días de que se conociera la noticia de la muerte de una joven de 21 años al ser arrojada sin atar desde un puente en el que hacía bungee jumping en Brasil , una enfermera que también se encontraba en el lugar para realizar el deporte extremo reveló que fue quien grabó el video que muestra el momento del trágico incidente y aseguró que la víctima se encontraba con vida luego del fuerte impacto .
La Policía Civil brasileña recibió el testimonio de Rayza Gabrieli Dias Delfino , una mujer de 26 años que también estaba en la fila para saltar cuando Rodrigues de Freitas fue lanzada con arnés pero sin las sogas correspondientes.
La profesional de la salud declaró que fue la primera persona en bajar del puente y asistir a la joven tras la caída. “Vi que respiraba con dificultad y le miré las pupilas, que lamentablemente estaban dilatadas —lo que puede representar una lesión cerebral—, y vi un pulso . En las imágenes se ve cómo los tres hombres ahora involucrados en la investigación cargan a la mujer en brazos hasta la plataforma y la impulsan hacia el suelo, en donde se puede ver una superficie montañosa y con vegetación.
“ No podía oír lo que le decían porque estaba a punto de saltar... Solo la estaba mirando, ni siquiera vi cómo ponían las cosas. Cuando se cayó, empecé a escuchar a todo el mundo decir: ‘La cuerda, la cuerda’”, relató la testigo sobre el momento.

Dias Delfino apuntó directamente contra los trabajadores de la empresa encargada del servicio turístico, a quienes acusó de haberse llevado el aparato cuando la joven ya estaba tendida en el suelo . Otro de los testigos coincidió con este testimonio. “Cuando vi a la chica en el suelo uno de los empleados le quitó la cámara GoPro de la correa del cuello al cuerpo que ya estaba en el suelo”, afirmó Rafael Goulart en declaraciones a TV Globo .
Según la investigadora principal del caso, Andrea Danta Levy, los expertos forenses no lograron encontrar el objeto. “No se localizó el equipo. Durante los interrogatorios, nadie pudo decir dónde estaba . Sinceramente, creo que ya no está allí, considerando la cantidad de personas que luego acudieron al puente buscándola. Creo que, lamentablemente, alguien pudo haberla retirado ”, añadió.
