„A kőolaj világpiaci árának csökkenése és a forint erősödése miatt már a héten olcsóbb lehet a védett árnál a kutakon a benzin és a gázolaj” – írta Magyar Péter keddi Facebook-bejegyzésében .
Mint megírtuk, hétfőn, közel öt év után először 350 alá is benézett az euró . Mindeközben az olajár is csökkent, olyannyira, hogy három hónapja nem volt olyan alacsony, mint kedden : a Brent hordónkénti ára rövid időre 80 dollár alá, 79,96 dollárra esett. Az amerikai tőzsdén jegyzett West Texas Intermediate (WTI) hordónkénti ára 77,7 dollárra csökkent.
A forint erősödése és az olajár csökkenésének hátterében feltehetően az áll, hogy megszületett, és azonnal hatályba is lépett az Egyesült Államok és Irán közötti konfliktust lezáró ideiglenes megállapodás. Ugyan még rengeteg a kérdőjel a közel-keleti megállapodás körül, a hírre pozitívan reagált a piac .
Magyar Péter keddi posztja után rákérdeztünk a Gazdasági és Energetikai Minisztériumnál, a Pénzügyminisztériumnál, illetve a Miniszterelnökségnél, ez alapján tervezik-e a benzinárstop felülvizsgálatát, kivezetését. Ha választ kapunk, beszámolunk róla.
Az Orbán-kormány idén március 10-i hatállyal vezette be a „védett árnak” nevezett benzinárstopot. Ennek értelmében a magyar rendszámmal és forgalmi engedéllyel rendelkező járművek a 95-ös benzint legfeljebb 595 forint/liter, a gázolajat pedig maximum 615 forint/liter áron tankolhatják. A Holtankoljak.hu szerint Magyarországon a 95-ös benzin literenkénti átlagos piaci ára jelenleg 639,7 forint, a gázolajé pedig 663,4 forint.
A Mol extraprofitadójának kiterjesztését javasolja a kormány
Mindeközben kedden a kormány társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsátott egy törvényjavaslatot, amely szerint sávossá alakítanák az olcsóbb orosz Urál és a drágább Brent kőolaj közötti árkülönbözet utáni – a gyakorlatban a Molt terhelő – különadót. A javaslat szerint a különadót kiterjesztenék a 2 és 5 amerikai dollár közé eső árkülönbözetre is, és az adónemet 2027-re is fenntartanák.
A jelenlegi szabályozáshoz képest a legfontosabb változás az, hogy a Tisza-kormány alacsonyabb árkülönbözet mellett is adófizetési kötelezettséget írna elő. Az első 5 dollárnyi árkülönbözet eddig kiesett az adóztatás alól, az 5 dollár feletti részre pedig 95 százalékos adókulcs vonatkozott.
Ezt úgy módosítanák, hogy:
2 dolláros árkülönbözetig nem kellene adót fizetni;
2 és 5 dollár között 50 százalékos;
5 dollár felett pedig 95 százalékos adó terhelné az árkülönbözetet.
A változást első alkalommal a 2026. augusztusi kötelezettségre kellene alkalmazni. A módosítás érdemben növelheti a fizetendő adót azokban az időszakokban, amikor az orosz eredetű nyersolaj árelőnye a Brenthez képest mérsékelt, de továbbra is kimutatható, írja a Portfolio.
A javaslat szerint a nemzetközi energiapolitikai helyzet, az energiaárak tartós ingadozása, valamint az európai és globális gazdasági folyamatok miatt kialakult piaci bizonytalanság teszi indokolttá a különadó felülvizsgálatát. Az Országgyűlés a gazdasági stabilitás erősítése és a rendkívüli piaci körülményekből eredő költségvetési kockázatok kezelése céljából alkotja a törvényt. Az előzetes hatásvizsgálat szerint az intézkedés idén 6,25 milliárd forinttal, jövőre pedig újabb 15 milliárd forinttal javítja a költségvetési egyenleget.
