„Propadáme se na nejnižší úrovně poté, co cena ropy narostla v souvislosti s útokem na Írán 28. února. Trh doufá, že to je skutečně tečka za válkou,“ řekl Novinkám hlavní ekonom společnosti BH Securities Štěpán Křeček.
Analytik společnosti Purple Trading Petr Lajsek prohlásil, že po více než sto dnech omezeného provozu v jedné z nejdůležitějších světových dopravních tepen začínají obchodníci opět započítávat scénář postupného návratu k normálnímu fungování trhu.
Pro motoristy by to podle Křečka mohlo znamenat pokles cen u čerpacích stanic.
„Kdyby tyto ceny vydržely několik týdnů, přineslo by to úlevu i pro české řidiče, přibližovali bychom se cenám před začátkem konfliktu,“ doplnil.
Podle společnosti CCS se ve čtvrtek prodával benzín v průměru za 40,36 Kč a nafta za 38,28 Kč. Před koncem února byl Natural 95 oproti současnosti levnější o sedm korun za litr, nafta o pět korun.
„Pro české řidiče jsou současné zprávy jednoznačně pozitivní. Pokles cen ropy se začíná promítat také do cen pohonných hmot na evropských burzách. Nejvýraznější změna je patrná u nafty, jejíž cena v Rotterdamu poprvé od začátku války klesla pod hranici 1000 dolarů za tunu,“ podotkl Lajsek.
Nafta pod 37 korun za litr?
To podle něj otevírá prostor pro zlevňování na čerpacích stanicích v následujících dnech. „Průměrná cena nafty by se mohla již během tohoto týdne propadnout výrazněji pod hranici 37 korun za litr. O něco pomaleji by měl zlevňovat i benzín, kde se začíná rýsovat návrat pod psychologickou hranici 40 korun za litr,“ řekl.
Varoval ale před přílišným optimismem.
„Bylo by chybou očekávat okamžitý návrat k předválečnému stavu. Příměří může být velmi křehké a jakákoliv nová eskalace by mohla ceny ropy opět rychle poslat výše. Trh bude v následujících týdnech sledovat především skutečný návrat lodní dopravy do Hormuzského průlivu. Před vypuknutím konfliktu jím proplouvalo přibližně 130 lodí denně. Právě počet tankerů a rychlost obnovy přepravy ukážou, zda se trh skutečně vrací do normálu, nebo zda zůstávají významná bezpečnostní rizika,“ upozornil.
Vedle dopravy budou podle něj klíčová také produkční čísla producentů ropy. Země jako Írán, Irák, SAE nebo Kuvajt během konfliktu těžily výrazně méně než před válkou a návrat na původní úrovně nebude otázkou několika dnů.
„Část infrastruktury utrpěla škody, některá naleziště byla odstavena a obnovení produkce bude vyžadovat čas i nové investice. I proto nelze očekávat, že by ropa okamžitě zamířila zpět k úrovním kolem šedesáti dolarů za barel. Návrat k těmto cenám může trvat řadu měsíců a nelze vyloučit, že se ho trh dočká až v příštím roce,“ uvedl Lajsek.
Vláda od počátku dubna snížila spotřební daň z nafty o 2,35 Kč s DPH a ceny pohonných hmot fakticky zastropovala. To by podle Křečka mohlo skončit.
„Už by nedávalo smysl provádět opatření na určování marží u čerpacích stanic ani mít sníženou spotřební daň u nafty,“ uvedl.
