Monday on “The Alex Marlow Show,” Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow discussed California’s slow vote-counting election system.

Discussing NBC’s Kristen Welker, Marlow said, “That just how they count the votes in California. Like, we must have a system that counts for 30 days where whereas Florida and Texas can count in an hour. We have to. That’s how we do it. That’s how we do it. Why? Is there any follow up? Does she have that thought in her head? Kristen Welker, did you ever think, why does California do that? Well, the answer is so the Democrats can cheat and rigged the election. So it’s a single party state to preserve their power.”

'That's How They Count the Vote': Media Insist California's Vote-Count System Is Normal

Bias read (Right): The article presents a highly partisan interpretation of California's voting procedures, implying deliberate manipulation by Democrats without providing evidence or balanced context. The framing suggests systemic fraud without citing credible sources or counterarguments.

View / Why Democrats rejected ‘class traitor’ Steyer in California

The article discusses why Democrats in California did not support Tom Steyer, a progressive billionaire who ran for Senate in 2020 and was labeled a 'class traitor' by some within his own party.

Bias read (Center): The article appears to present an analytical perspective without overtly favoring one side. It examines internal Democratic Party dynamics regarding Steyer’s candidacy, using descriptive language rather than evaluative or biased commentary.

Democrats' Next Challenge: Fix California

An opinion piece from RealClearPolitics argues that addressing problems in California should be the Democratic Party's next priority. The headline frames California as a challenge in need of fixing, but no article body is available to assess the specific claims.

Bias read (Center): The framing 'Fix California' implies the Democratic-governed state is broken and needs repair, a mildly right-leaning critique, though the headline alone is too brief to indicate strong slant.
