Debt crisis in balanced electricity market still waiting for solution - expert

An energy expert has stated that the debt crisis on the balancing electricity market remains unresolved despite repeated government promises. The expert, Gennadiy Ryabtsev, noted that the debt exceeds 40 billion hryvnias and emphasized that the issue requires coordinated action at the government and parliamentary levels. He warned that further delays increase financial pressure on energy companies and complicate the functioning of the electricity market.

За його словами, уряд неодноразово декларував намір врегулювати боргову кризу на енергетичних ринках, однак конкретних законодавчих змін досі не ухвалено.

За його словами, уряд неодноразово декларував намір врегулювати боргову кризу на енергетичних ринках, однак конкретних законодавчих змін досі не ухвалено. Водночас заборгованість на балансуючому ринку вже давно перевищила 40 млрд грн.

"Зокрема там 40 з гаком мільярдів заборгованостей на балансуючому ринку електричної енергії", - зазначив Рябцев.

Експерт наголосив, що масштаби проблеми вже давно перевищили можливості самих учасників ринку та потребують рішень на державному рівні. За його словами, врегулювання ситуації залежить від узгоджених дій уряду та парламенту.

"Зрозуміло, що суб'єкти господарювання не здатні самостійно вирішити цю проблему. Потрібно вирішувати це на рівні Кабміну і Верховної Ради, але поки що зволікання є", - запевнив він.

На думку Рябцева, подальше відкладання рішень лише посилює фінансовий тиск на енергетичні компанії та ускладнює нормальну роботу ринку електроенергії.

Нагадаємо, голова правління Українська вітроенергетична асоціація Андрій Конеченков вважає однією з головних причин накопичення заборгованості державні підприємства та організації, які роками формують значні неплатежі.
