Израелските сили за отбрана (ЦАХАЛ) заявиха по-рано , че "Хизбула" е изстреляла три снаряда срещу селища в Северен Израел. ЦАХАЛ определиха този ход като отявлено нарушение на споразумението за прекратяване на огъня, в сила от 16 април.
"ЦАХАЛ нанесоха удари по обекти на терористите от "Хизбула" в квартал Дахие в Бейрут в отговор на обстрела на групировката срещу израелска територия", гласи съвместно съобщение на израелския премиер Бенямин Нетаняху и министъра на отбраната Израел Кац.
"Хизбула" към момента не е коментирала израелските удари, но уточни, че е изстреляла ракети и дронове по израелски военни подразделения в Южен Ливан, посочва Ройтерс.
Миналата седмица израелска атака срещу квартал Дахие предизвика размяната на удари между Иран и Израел, която заплаши да осуети сключването на мирно споразумение между САЩ и Иран.
Вашингтон и Техеран са все по-близо до сключването на споразумение, което би сложило край на продължилия повече от 3 месеца конфликт, а американски и пакистански лидери предвиждат, че споразумението може да бъде подписано днес.
