Oaxaca de Juárez.— Maestros de la Sección 22 del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación ( SNTE ) tomaron la tarde de ayer, una vez más, las instalaciones de la Terminal de Almacenamiento y Despacho (TAD) de Pemex , ubicada en el municipio de Santa María El Tule , lo que llevó a cientos de automovilistas a hacer largas filas en gasolinerías, ante el temor de un desabasto de combustible en la región.
Por la mañana, los docentes reabrieron por unas horas la terminal para permitir el abasto de las estaciones de servicio que el martes se quedaron sin combustible en la ciudad de Oaxaca y la zona conurbada.
El bloqueo a la TAD es una de las principales acciones que ha realizado el sindicato de profesores desde el pasado 25 de mayo, como parte del paro indefinido que llevan a cabo para exigir solución a demandas de carácter estatal, así como la abrogación de la Ley del ISSSTE de 2007 y de las reformas educativas aprobadas en los últimos dos sexenios, entre otras exigencias que plantean conjuntamente con la Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación ( CNTE ).

Inicialmente, el acuerdo de los maestros era tomar durante algunas horas la terminal de Pemex, que abastece de combustible a las gasolinerías de la capital de Oaxaca y municipios de la región Valles Centrales ; tras unas horas, los maestros se retiraban al plantón que mantienen desde hace más de tres semanas en el Centro Histórico .
Sin embargo, desde hace dos días se mantuvieron en el bloqueo de manera permanente , durante el día y la noche. Esto provocó que 16 gasolinerías se quedaran sin combustible y dejaran de prestar el servicio a los automovilistas .

La difusión de esta información provocó compras de pánico de combustible entre la ciudadanía; la tarde y noche de ayer, decenas de vehículos saturaron las estaciones de servicio que aún contaban con combustible y se generaron largas filas de vehículos.

Hasta la noche de ayer, el dirigente de la asociación de Empresarios Gasolineros del Estado de Oaxaca ( EGEO ), José Luis Ballesteros Melgar, informó que 16 estaciones de servicio fueron cerradas por la falta de combustible, cantidad que representa alrededor de 20% de las gasolinerías que dependen directamente del suministro de la TAD de Pemex de El Tule.

Advirtió que de continuar la toma de la terminal de almacenamiento de la paraestatal el número de estaciones sin servicio podría aumentar a 90.
La mañana del miércoles, los docentes permitieron el ingreso de las pipas distribuidoras de gasolina y diesel a las diferentes estaciones de servicio.
Sin embargo, eso no fue suficiente para abastecer a todas las gasolinerías que se quedaron sin combustible, entre ellas la estación de servicio conocida como “Fonapas”, que está concesionada al Sistema Estatal del DIF Oaxaca .

En un escrito difundido en redes sociales, el secretario de Organización de la Sección 22 del SNTE, César García Zurita , informó a las bases magisteriales que se debía continuar con la toma de las instalaciones de Pemex y les llamó a mantener la “alerta máxima” ante cualquier tipo de agresión.

Pese a los llamados de las autoridades locales para no realizar compras de pánico, las gasolinerías se vieron ayer con largas filas de automovilistas buscando abastecerse de combustible.

En tanto, crece la inconformidad de comerciantes del centro de la ciudad por el plantón que los maestros mantienen en el Zócalo de la ciudad. Por eso colocaron lonas en las que piden a los maestros no afectar la economía y sus negocios. Sostienen que las ventas se han reducido 50%.
Francisco Jorge Sánchez, integrante de la mesa directiva de Comerciantes Establecidos Oaxaca , señaló que los bloqueos provocan pérdidas diarias de 100 millones de pesos.
