Više javno tužilaštvo u Beogradu saopštilo je da je donelo naredbu o proširenju istrage zbog teškog ubistva Aleksandra Nešovića, 12. maja u restoranu „27“ na Senjaku, i povezanih krivičnih dela.

VJT u saopštenju podseća da je nakon podnošenja krivične prijave Uprave kriminalističke policije Službe za suzbijanje kriminaliteta MUP RS, koja je bila osnov naredbe o pokretanju istrage, započela tužilačka istraga tokom koje su prikupljani materijalni dokazi, ispitivani svedoci i naređena odgovarajuća veštačenja od kojih pojedina još nisu okončana i dostavljena tužilaštvu.

"Naredbom o proširenju istrage osumnjičeni Saša V. ( Saša Vuković zvani Boske, prim. N1) i Mario S. terete se da su izvršili krivično delo Teško ubistvo u saizvršilaštvu iz člana iz člana 114 stav 1 tačka 1 Krivičnog Zakonika (KZ) u vezi sa članom 33 KZ u sticaju sa krivičnim delom Nedozvoljena proizvodnja, držanje, nošenje i promet oružja i eksplozivnih materija iz člana 348 stav 4 u vezi sa stavom 1 KZ i krivičnim delom Izazivanje opšte opasnosti iz člana 278 stav 4 u vezi stava 1 KZ", navode iz VJT-a.

Iz VJT-a preciziraju da postoje osnovi sumnje da su 12. maja 2026. godine u restoranu „27“ u stanju uračunljivosti, svesni svojih dela, čija su izvršenja hteli i svesni da su njihova dela zabranjena osumnjičeni Saša Vuković i Mario S. kao saizvršioci, zajedničkim učestvovanjem u radnji izvršenja, sa umišljajem, na podmukao način lišili života Aleksandra Nešovića i neovlašćeno nosili vatreno oružje i to, kako se navodi, pištolj nepoznate marke sa neutvrđenim brojem municije, kalibra 9×19 mm.

Vuković je, prema saopštenju tužilaštva, istovremeno opšteopasnom radnjom i opšteopasnim sredstvom, upotrebom navedenog vatrenog oružja i ispaljivanjem projektila izazvao opasnost za život i telo ljudi.

Osumnjičena Danka V. je, kako dodaju iz tužilaštva, u stanju uračunljivosti, svesna svog dela i da je ono zabranjeno, a čije je izvršenje htela, svom suprugu i Mariju S. sa umišljajem pomogla u izvršenju krivičnog dela teško ubistvo, tako što im je, kako se u saopštenju navodi, stavila na raspolaganje sredstvo za izvršenje tog krivičnog dela - predmetni pištolj i tako im stvorila uslove za njegovo izvršenje, pri čemu je istovremeno i neovlašćeno nosila predmetno vatreno oružje.

"Najpre je oštećeni A.N. u 22.45 časova krenuo od svoje kuće na adresi prebivališta u vozilu marke „BMW“ tip „X7“ crne boje, ka restoranu “27”, pa je ušavši u restoran ugledao osumnjičenog Sašu V. sa kojim je od ranije u sukobu, a koji mu se obratio rečima: “šta se mrštiš na mene”, nakon čega mu je oštećeni rekao “vidimo se” i izašao iz restorana, seo u svoje vozilo i uputio se nazad ka adresi svog stanovanja", navodi se u saopštenju VJT-a.

Zatim se dodaje da je oko 23.02h Vuković telefonom kontkatirao Nešovića i pozvao ga da se vrati u restoran kako bi se pomirili, rekavši mu da on ništa loše nije mislio.

"Emotivno i kroz poluplač mu je rekao “što se mrštiš na mene, što se mrštiš na svog brata” i kleo se u decu da ništa loše nije mislio, pa se oštećeni, koji je poverovao rečima Saše V. i da isti ima dobru nameru, u 23.08 časova ponovo svojim vozilom sa adrese svog stanovanja uputio sam ka restoranu “27”, ne očekujući opasnost", navodi se u saopštenju.

Po ulasku u restoran, što je, kako VJT precizira, bilo nakon 23.14h, Nešović je seo za sto sa Vukovićem da bi uskoro došlo do kraće verbalne rasprave između njih dvojice, nakon čega je oko 23.30h Vuković "upotrebom vatrenog oružja i to pištolja nepoznate marke, kalibra 9×19 mm ispalio neutvrđeni broj hitaca u pravcu oštećenog A.N. i istovremeno pucanjem iz predmetnog pištolja izazvao opasnost za život i telo ljudi, i to gostiju i osoblja koji su se u tom trenutku nalazili unutar restorana".

Iz tužilaštva navodi i da je pomenuti pištolj prethodno Danka V, na poziv i po uputstvima Vukovića predala Mariju S. ispred adrese njenog prebivališta u Beogradu, s tim što je pištolj nosila bez dozvole nadležnog organa za nošenje oružja.

VJT navodi i da je Nešović preminuo usled dejstva ispaljenih projektila koji su doveli do gubitka velike količine krvi iz razorenih krvnih sudova, grudnih i trbušnih organa i mekih tkiva duž kanala, brojnih ustrelina (prostrelina i zastrelina) vrata, trupa i gornjih udova.
