Po smrti dveh oseb v Mariboru, 62-letne ženske in 63-letnega moškega, je policija razkrila več podrobnosti o preiskavi dogodka. "Osrednji motiv za dejanje izhaja iz njunih nesoglasij oziroma sporov zaradi njunega dolgotrajnega razhajanja," je v izjavi za javnost sporočil vodja Sektorja kriminalistične policije Policijske uprave Maribor Stanko Vidovič.
Policisti so že v sredo razkrili, da prve ugotovitve preiskave smrti dveh oseb v Mariboru kažejo na umor in samomor.
"Po prvih ugotovitvah ogleda in na podlagi drugih ugotovljenih dejstev zbiramo obvestila zaradi suma storitve kaznivega dejanja umora 62-letne ženske, za katerega je osumljen omenjeni 63-letni moški. Okoliščine zaenkrat kažejo, da je nato 63-letnik storil samomor," je v sporočilu za javnost zapisal predstavnik Policijske uprave Maribor Boštjan Velički .
Nasilno vstopili v stanovanje
Po prijavi dogodka so policisti na silo vstopili v zaklenjeno stanovanje, tam pa našli mrtvega 63-letnega moškega in 62-letno žensko, pri kateri so posumili, da gre za nasilno smrt.O dogodku so obvestili dežurnega preiskovalnega sodnika Okrožnega sodišča v Mariboru in dežurno državno tožilko iz Okrožnega državnega tožilstva (ODT) v Mariboru, ki sta prišla na kraj. Preiskovalni sodnik je ogled kraja dejanja prepustil policiji.
V nadaljnji preiskavi so policisti ugotovili, da je moški v zgodnjih jutranjih urah ustrelil žensko, s katero je v preteklosti živel v zunajzakonski skupnosti oziroma še vedno prebival z njo, po tem dejanju pa storil samomor.
Dovoljenje za več kosov orožja
Moški je orožje posedoval zakonito in je imel izdano veljavno orožno listino za več kosov orožja. Moški in ženska naj se ne bi sprla prvič, saj so policiste zaradi njunih sporov obveščali že v preteklosti.
"Na vse prijave smo se odzvali in ukrepali v skladu s pooblastili, v nobenem izmed obravnavanih primerov niso bili izpolnjeni pogoji za morebiten ukrep prepovedi približevanja, saj z ravnanjem enega ali drugega ni bilo ogroženo življenje, osebna varnost ali svoboda enega ali drugega oškodovanca. Nazadnje smo v novembru lanskega leta na naslovu obravnavali kršitev javnega reda in miru ter izdali plačilni nalog. V tem primeru glede na konkretno dejanje, vedenje in način življenja ni bilo izkazano, da bi bil moški nezanesljiv v smislu posesti orožja in na podlagi kršitve pričakovati, da bo moški orožje tudi uporabil," je še dejal Vidovič.
Najmanj 15 let zapora
Za kaznivo dejanje umora je sicer predpisana zaporna kazen najmanj petnajstih let. Zaradi smrti osumljenca, ki izključuje njegov pregon pa bo v tem primeru podano poročilo na ODT v Mariboru.
Na območju Policijske uprave Maribor je to letos prvo kaznivo dejanje umora oziroma uboja, v enakem obdobju lanskega leta so prav tako obravnavali eno kaznivo dejanje umora, ko je storilec po dejanju prav tako storil samomor.
