Związek Banków Polskich w 2024 roku poprosił Zondacrypto o pomoc przy pisaniu uwag do ustawy o kryptoaktywach. A potem załatwił zaproszenie do MF na zamknięte spotkanie. Te ustalenia spowodowały, że Tomasz Sakiewicz krzyczy, że afera Zonda to afera Tuska. Ten sam Sakiewcz, który przebywał w Monako w luksusowym hotelu na koszt Przemysława Krala.
Związek Banków Polskich 9 stycznia 2024 roku przyjął do Komitetu Cyberbezpieczeństwa Banków ZBP w charakterze członka wspierającego spółkę BB Trade Estonia OÜ, która w tamtym czasie była już operatorem giełdy Zondacrypto.
To wiedzieliśmy już wcześniej. Money.pl dowiedział się jednak, jakie były tego dalsze konsekwencje – Zondacrypto stała się tym samym podmiotem, który zyskał wpływ na kształt ustawy regulującej rynek kryptoaktywów.
Tej samej ustawy, którą przygotował rząd, trzykrotnie przyjął Sejm, i trzykrotnie zawetował prezydent. Ostatnie swoje weto prezydent ogłosił 11 czerwca 2026 r.

Jak ustalili dziennikarze, pod koniec lutego 2024 roku Zondacrypto otrzymała projekt ustawy o kryptoaktywach od radcy prawnego ZBP z prośbą o uwagi. Swoje uwagi odesłała.
W efekcie ów radca zaprosił spółkę na zamknięte spotkanie w Ministerstwie Finansów w dniach 8-9 kwietnia, na którym odbywać miały się dalsze prace uzgodnieniowe nad ustawą. Właściwie zaproszenie dla Zondy miał wystosować podpisany na nim wiceminister finansów Jurand Drop. To był moment, w którym MF prowadził konsultacje publiczne.
Okazuje się, że Zondacrypto miała realny wpływ na kształt projektu ustawy. Uwagi wniesione przez Zondę do projektu stały się częścią stanowiska ZBP, a Ministerstwo Finansów uwzględniło część z nich w projekcie. Część jednak odrzuciło.
Współpraca Zondacrypto ze Związkiem Banków Polskich była potem jeszcze kontynuowana w innym obszarze. Jak pisze money.pl, w listopadzie 2024 roku pracownicy Bankowego Centrum Cyberbezpieczeństwa ZBP (FinCERT.pl) zapraszali Zondacrypto na posiedzenia Grupy Operacyjnej ds. Przeciwdziałania Oszustwom Inwestycyjnym w kryptoaktywa, a ówczesny prezes giełdy, Przemysław Kral, brał w nich udział osobiście.
Co ciekawe, ta współpraca Zondy z ZBP była informacją publiczną, Zondacrypto chwaliła się nią (zapewne dla uwiarygodnienia się). Ale kiedy dziennikarze zaczęli zadawać pytania Związkowi Banków Polskich o Zondę, ZBP zaprzeczył, że giełda kiedykolwiek była jego członkiem.
Z publikacji money.pl wynika, że dziś ZBP próbuje twierdzić, że BB Trade Estonia OÜ nigdy nie była członkiem jej Komitetu Cyberbezpieczeństwa, a to dlatego, że nigdy nie ustalono składki członkowskiej ani sposobu jej uiszczenia i ZBP nie dostał od spółki żadnej wpłaty.
Tylko że sama uchwała ZBP na temat przyjęcia nowego członka – BB Trade Estonia OÜ – nie dość, że nie warunkuje członkostwa od składek, to jeszcze wprost mówi, że dokument wchodzi w życie z dniem podjęcia.
Dodatkowo ZBP twierdzi, że odpowiedzialny za nawiązanie współpracy z Zondacrypto jest jeden z pracowników Związku – ówczesny Dyrektor Zespołu Bezpieczeństwa ZBP – który przekroczył tu swoje uprawnienia, co było jednym z powodów utraty zaufania do niego, został więc zwolniony dyscyplinarnie jeszcze w czerwcu 2024 roku.
Tylko że ustalenia money.pl na podstawie kilku źródeł mówią, że ów pracownik podejrzany był o malwersacje finansowe i to, a nie Zondacrypto, były powodem jego zwolnienia.
Również Ministerstwo Finansów próbuje się od tej sprawy odciąć. Twierdzi, że w zamkniętej konferencji na temat kształt ustawy w siedzibie MF w Warszawie nie uczestniczyli przedstawiciele BB Trade Estonia OÜ, a do samej spółki nie wysłano zaproszenia. Jednocześnie jednak, mimo próśb, resort nie udostępnił dziennikarzom pełnej listy uczestników spotkania.

Tomasz Sakiewicz, prezes i redaktor naczelny Telewizji Republika napisał na portalu X:
„Tekst Szymona Jadczaka oddaje to co wiedziałem ale teraz przedstawia na to żelazne dowody. Ustawa o kryptowalutach Donalda Tuska została napisana pod dyktando Zondy a prezydent podejmując Veto działał wbrew ich interesom”
Pamiętać jednak należy, że zanim wybuchła ta afera, to Telewizja Republika była największym beneficjentem telewizyjnych budżetów reklamowych Zondacrypto, a sam Tomasz Sakiewicz gościł w Monako w luksusowych hotelach na zaproszenie i na koszt Przemysława Krala. Dziś najwyraźniej o tym zapomniał.
Prawica, która znajduje tu argument, by bronić prezydenta Karola Nawrockiego przed oskarżeniami o związki z Zondacrypto, zapomina również, że po dwóch wetach prezydent sam złożył własny projekt ustawy regulującej rynek kryptoaktywów.
I jak wprost przyznawał to szef kancelarii prezydenta Zbigniew Bogucki, był to projekt oparty o projekt rządowy, czyli ten, do którego uwagi zgłaszała Zondacrypto.
Dodatkowo dziennikarze money.pl wskazują, że do ZBP należą wszystkie bank…
