„Már régóta vártam, hogy beszéljek önökhöz. Egy hónapja vagyok itt, és ön az első, aki kérdez” – mondta Ruff Bálint Miniszterelnökséget vezető miniszter hétfőn a parlamentben, miután Panyi Miklós, a Fidesz képviselője azonnali kérdést intézett hozzá.
Az előző kormány alatt a Miniszterelnökség államtitkáraként dolgozó Panyi az új minisztertől azt kérdezte: „Ez már a pártállam?” A fideszes képviselő szerint a Tisza politikusai „erőszakosan akarják eltávolítani” az összes demokratikusan megválasztott szerv vezetőjét. Ön idejön, és ahelyett, hogy elgondolkodna azon, hogy mit műveltek az elmúlt 16, különösebben az elmúlt hat évben, olyanokat kérdez tőlem, amik mintha… tehát nem tudom hova tenni se. Ilyenkor mit akar ön tőlem megtudni? Mire kíváncsi, hogy van-e pártállam Magyarországon? Ön kérdezi ezt, 16 évnyi Fidesz után ön kérdi ezt tőlem?”
A miniszter felidézte, 2010-ben, amikor az MSZP elvesztette a választást, a szocialista államtitkárok, miniszterek beültek egy kis frakcióba, ugyanezt csinálták. „Először nézzenek magukba”, hogyan fosztották ki az országot, és ha bocsánatot kértek, lehet tovább beszélni – mondta Ruff.
