Roma është gjobitur nga UEFA për shkelje të rregullave të Fair Play Financiar (FFP) gjatë vitit financiar që përfundon në 2025.

Sipas raportimeve, UEFA kishte vendosur më herët një marrëveshje me kufizime financiare për Romën për periudhën 2022–2026, pas shkeljeve të rregullave në sezonin 2021–22.

Kushtet e kësaj marrëveshjeje janë të publikuara në faqen zyrtare të UEFA-s.

Tani UEFA ka konfirmuar se Roma ka “tejkaluar pak” objektivat e ndërmjetme financiare për vitin 2025, dhe për këtë arsye është gjobitur me 2 milionë euro.

Përveç kësaj, klubi ka shkelur edhe kufirin e kostos së skuadrës (squad cost ratio), duke e kaluar limitin prej 70%, gjë që ka sjellë një gjobë shtesë prej 4 milionë eurosh.
