The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003.

The Split County State Prosecutor's Office has ordered toxicological and maritime-technical expert examinations following a maritime accident near Split where four people died. The examination includes collecting samples and traces from 'certain individuals' and continues at the location where the sailboat sank. The boat has been partially located, with a male body found inside. Due to nighttime conditions, the investigation continued the next morning. Once the boat is retrieved from the sea, further examinations will be conducted.

Ž upanijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, nakon provedene dokazne radnje očevida u povodu pomorske nesreće pred Splitskim vratima u kojoj su poginule četiri osobe, naredilo je izuzimanje uzoraka i tragova od “određenih osoba” radi provođenja toksikološkog vještačenja

DORH je također naredio i pomorsko-tehničko vještačenje o okolnostima nastanka pomorske nesreće. Provode se i drugi potrebni izvidi i dokazne radnje radi utvrđivanja svih relevantnih okolnosti ovog događaja, izvijestio je DORH.

Provođenje očevida, navodi DORH, nastavljeno je na mjestu gdje je potonula jedrilica.

Ostatak jedrilice lociran je i u njoj je uočeno tijelo muške osobe te se zbog noćnih uvjeta provođenje očevida nastavilo sljedećeg dana u jutarnjim satima.

Nakon što jedrilica bude izvučena iz mora nalogom će se odrediti provođenje očevida na njoj, poručuje DORH.
