Police arrested seven minors for attempted murder, court released them

The Zagreb police have arrested seven minors suspected of attempting to kill an unidentified young man after a physical attack following a verbal argument. Za petoricu se sumnja da su počinili krivično djelo pokušaj ubistva, šestom se na teret stavlja sudjelovanje u tuči, dok je sedmi maloljetnik osumnjičen za krivično djelo nasilničko ponašanje

Zagrebačka policija uhapsila je sedam maloljetnika zbog sumnje da su počinili fizički napad na nepoznatog mlađeg muškarca s ciljem da ga ubiju, saopćeno je iz PU zagrebačke.

Policija je za ovaj događaj saznala putem zaprimljene videosnimke na kojoj se vidi da su maloljetnici, nakon verbalne prepirke, fizički napali mladića. Prvo mu je jedan od osumnjičenih maloljetnika zadao više udaraca rukama u predjelu glave i tijela, zbog čega je pao na tlo, a maloljetnik ga je nastavio udarati. U tome su mu se pridružila ostala četvorica maloljetnika, koji su zadali više udaraca nogama u predjelu glave i tijela te ga nastavili udarati sve dok nije izgubio svijest.

Nakon što su petorica prestala s napadom, šesti ga je maloljetnik više puta udario nogom u glavu i tijelo.

- Cijelom događaju prisustvovao je i sedmi maloljetnik koji je promatrao napad te ostale verbalno bodrio i poticao na činjenje kaznenog djela, naveli su iz policije.

Osumnjičeni maloljetnici predani su nadležnoj pritvorskoj jedinici. Za petoricu se sumnja da su počinili krivično djelo pokušaj ubistva, šestom se na teret stavlja sudjelovanje u tuči, dok je sedmi maloljetnik osumnjičen za krivično djelo nasilničko ponašanje.

Sud je naknadno maloljetnike pustio na slobodu uz izrečene mjere opreza i obavezu javljanja u nadležnu policijsku stanicu.
