Državni inspektorat Republike Hrvatske (DIRH) uputio je hitno obaveštenje potrošačima o opozivu proizvoda " Semenke lana ApnaBaba, ALSI (LINSEED)" u pakovanju od 400 grama. Proizvod se povlači sa tržišta jer je u njemu utvrđen povišen nivo cijanovodonične kiseline, koja može biti opasna po zdravlje.

Zemlja porekla: Indija.

Inostrani dobavljač spornog lana je italijanska kompanija Fresh Tropical Srl by Jawad iz Korbete, dok proizvod na hrvatskom tržištu u maloprodaji distribuira kompanija GORKHAS AND ASSOCIATES d.o.o. iz Zagreba.

Iz Državnog inspektorata napominju da ovaj proizvod nije u skladu sa Uredbom (EZ) br. 178/2002 Evropskog parlamenta i Saveta o utvrđivanju opštih načela i uslova zakona o hrani, osnivanju Evropske agencije za bezbednost hrane, kao i utvrđivanju postupaka u oblastima bezbednosti hrane.
