Ured za kontrolu inozemne imovine američkog ministarstva financija (OFAC) dodatno je u u utorak produžio operativnu licencu Naftnoj industriji Srbije (NIS), javila je Radio-televizija Srbije, pozivajući se na izvore iz Washingtona. Licenca će omogućiti NIS-u nastavak rada i preradu sirove nafte, a važit će do 1. srpnja.

Srbijanska vlada potpisala je ranije danas dioničarski ugovor s mađarskim MOL-om o budućem upravljanju Naftnom industrijom Srbije (NIS) koji će, pod uvjetom da MOL uspješno otkupi udio Gazpromnjefta u NIS-u, omogućiti mađarskoj kompaniji da postane većinski vlasnik tog naftnog poduzeća te osigura njezin daljnji razvoj i opskrbu Srbije naftnim derivatima.

Ugovor dolazi u danu u kojem istječe rok koji su američke financijske vlasti (OFAC) dale mađarskoj i ruskoj strani da postignu dogovor o preuzimanju 56,1 posto dionica ruskog vlasništva u NIS-u, koji je obuhvaćen američkim sankcijama ruskom energetskom sektoru, uvedenim početkom 2025. godine.

Uz potpisivanje kupoprodajnog ugovora, za završetak transakcije potrebna su i dodatna regulatorna odobrenja, dok MOL grupa nastavlja pregovore s Gazpromnjeftom o preuzimanju ruskog udjela od 56,15 posto u NIS-u, priopćilo je resorno srbijansko ministarstvo.

- Današnjim potpisivanjem Ugovora između dioničara definirano je uređenje budućih odnosa između države i mađarskog MOL-a, ako oni kupe NIS od Gazpromnjefta, navodi se u priopćenju srbijanskog ministarstva rudarstva i energetike.

- Ugovor će, dodaje se, stupiti na snagu samo ako se MOL i Gazpromnjeft dogovore o kupoprodajnom ugovoru i to ako to odobri američki ured za kontrolu inozemne imovine (OFAC), rekla je srbijanska ministarka rudarstva i energetike Dubravka Đedović Handanović .

- Prema ovom ugovoru koji je Vlada Srbije usvojila, kupit ćemo dodatnih pet posto dionica u NIS-u, rafinerija će minimum narednih 10 godina raditi u kapacitetu u kojem je radila četiri godine prije uvođenja američkih sankcija, dodala je.

Sporazum omogućuje budućem većinskom dioničaru da preuzme odgovornost za profesionalno upravljanje, stabilno poslovanje i investicije koje stvaraju vrijednost u NIS-u. Po uspješnom završetku transakcije, MOL će osigurati opskrbu srpskog tržišta i rad rafinerije u Pančevu, uz dalje jačanje mrežnih i logističkih veza energetskih postrojenja MOL grupe, navedeno je u priopćenju.

- Kao rezultat konstruktivnih pregovora sa Vladom Srbije, postigli smo sporazum o upravljanju kompanijom NIS, rekao je predsjednik i glavni direktor MOL grupe Zsolt Hernádi .

Po uspješnom završetku transakcije, MOL će - dodao je Hernádi - kao većinski dioničar, moći upravljati NIS-om efikasno i na profesionalnim osnovama.

- Možemo započeti zajednički rad s jasno definiranim odgovornostima i procesima donošenja odluka i staviti točku na ovaj dug period neizvjesnosti, naveo je MOL-ov direktor.

Poručio je da će MOL učiniti sve kako bi NIS bio "jači i profitabilniji".

Prema priopćenju srbijanskog ministarstva, Hernadi je ukazao kako taj sporazum vlade Srbije i MOL-a "još ne označava kraj procesa prodaje", te da je i dalje potrebno postići dogovor s Gazpromnjeftom, kao i dobiti odobrenje Sjedinjenih Američkih Država.

- Optimist sam jer bi nam to omogućilo da dodatno ojačamo sigurnost opskrbe za cijelu regiju i ostvarimo višu razinu suradnje među energetskim kompanijama u srednjoj i istočnoj Europi, rekao je Hernádi.
