Torreón.— En sesión extraordinaria del Consejo General llevada a cabo este domingo 14 de junio, el Instituto Electoral de Coahuila (IEC) aprobó el cómputo estatal de la elección de diputaciones locales, y confirmó la distribución de las diputaciones de representación proporcional, en donde Morena se quedará con cinco escaños.
En el marco del Proceso Electoral Local Ordinario 2025-2026, el Consejo General del IEC realizó la asignación de diputaciones por el principio de representación proporcional. Además de las cinco diputaciones de Morena, el PRI, el Partido Nuevas Ideas, la Unidad Democrática de Coahuila (UDC) y el Partido del Trabajo tendrán una diputación plurinominal en el próximo Congreso.
De esta manera, quienes alcanzaron un lugar por la vía de representación proporcional son Carlos Robles Loustaunau, actual dirigente estatal del PRI.
Por Morena: Rocío Guadalupe de Aguinaga Peraza, Diego Eduardo del Bosque Villarreal, actual dirigente estatal; Guadalupe del Socorro Córdova González, Mayra Ruby Rangel Esquivel y Mónica Darinka Guerra Arrieta.
La posición asignada al Partido del Trabajo será ocupada por Lucía Inés Zorrilla Cepeda, quien había sido candidata en el municipio de Torreón.
Por la UDC, el lugar será para Héctor Alberto de Luna Sánchez, y por Nuevas Ideas la curul la asumirá Óscar Alberto Cano Jiménez, presidente estatal del partido de reciente creación.

Con la lista final de plurinominales, el Congreso de Coahuila estará ocupado por una mayoría de diputadas y diputados de la Alianza por la Seguridad del PRI y UDC, con 18 escaños; cinco de Morena, uno de Nuevas Ideas, y otro lugar del PT para conformar los 25 espacios en la próxima Legislatura.
Óscar Daniel Rodríguez Fuentes, consejero presidente del IEC, comentó que se entregaron las actas de acuerdo con el porcentaje de votos que cada partido obtuvo. El Consejo General validó una votación de 1 millón 213 mil 321 votos.
Mencionó que el partido local México Avante pierde el registro al no obtener al menos 3% de los votos, mientras que los demás partidos nacionales, PAN, Movimiento Ciudadano y Partido Verde, dejarán de tener las prerrogativas locales.
