Man arrested after threat situation in Indre Østfold

A man in his twenties was arrested after threatening another person with a 'pistol-like object' in Askim, Indre Østfold. Police found an air pistol during the search. The two individuals involved have no relation to each other or to the house where the incident occurred.

En mann i 20-årene er pågrepet etter at han skal ha truet en jevnaldrende person med en «pistollignende gjenstand» i Askim. Det er beslaglagt en luftpistol.

Øst politidistrikt fikk rett før midnatt natt til fredag informasjon om en trusselsituasjon i en privatbolig.

– Vi rykket ut til adressen og fikk kontroll på to personer som befant seg der. En person er pågrepet, og det er funnet en luftpistol under ransaking, opplyser operasjonsleder Fredrik Solbakken til pressen.

De to involverte har ingen relasjon og heller ingen tilknytning til boligen, ifølge politiet. De er begge lokale menn i 20-årene.
