– Jeg pleier å si at stilen min er «midimalistisk». Eller skandinavisk minimalisme gjort litt feil, sier Elisabeth Riksen (57).

Leiligheten hennes ved Sofienbergparken – tett nok på Freia til at man kan kjenne lukten av sjokolade mens produksjonen pågår – ligger i det som tidligere var Oslo Baand & Lidsefabrik, en tekstilfabrikk fra slutten av 1800-tallet.
