La defensa de Francisco L.A., en prisión provisional como presunto autor del asesinato de su exmujer, Tulia , el pasado 13 de abril en el barrio cordobés de la Fuensanta, ha recurrido la sentencia que le condenó a un año y diez meses de ... prisión por los delitos de lesiones, amenazas y daños supuestamente cometidos sobre la víctima apenas 48 horas antes del crimen . El recurso solicita la nulidad de las actuaciones y la repetición del juicio al entender que el procedimiento no contó con todas las garantías necesarias para el adecuado enjuiciamiento de los hechos.
