Man muss nicht programmieren können, um KI zu nutzen – aber ein Grundverständnis hilft enorm. »Künstliche Intelligenz lernt aus riesigen Text- oder Bildmengen, erkennt Muster und generiert daraus neue Inhalte. Sie denkt nicht wie ein Mensch, sondern berechnet Wahrscheinlichkeiten«, sagt Ann-Katrin Eicke, die am Institut für Leadership und Organisation der LMU in München zu KI forscht.
