Home Care of the Sick

A free course titled 'Home Care for Patients' was held in April at the new facilities of the educational institution Hotič. Eighteen participants from Hotič and Kresnice attended, ranging in age and life experience, with the youngest being fifteen years old. This was the second time the course was offered in the municipality of Litija, organized by the parish charity in Kresnice and funded by the Archdiocesan Charity in Ljubljana. V novih prostorih vzgojno-izobraževalnega objekta Hotič je aprila potekal brezplačni tečaj Domača nega bolnika na domu. Pritegnil je osemnajst udeleženk iz Hotiča in Kresnic različnih starosti in življenjskih izkušenj, najmlajša med nami je bila stara petnajst let. To je bila že druga izvedba tečaja v občini Litija, ki ga je organizirala župnijska Karitas v Kresnicah, financirala pa Škofijska karitas Ljubljana in poteka v okviru projekta Povezani v samopomočni skupnosti Ministrstva za javno upravo. Tečaj je vodila Antonija Fink, upokojena diplomirana medicinska sestra z bogatimi izkušnjami na področju patronažne zdravstvene nege. Posebno dragoceno je bilo, ker je povezala teorijo in prakso.
