29-year-old interrogated for attempted murder in Rijeka; proposed designation of pre-trial detention

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je 29-godišnji osumnjičenik 17. lipnja 2026. u jutarnjim satima, na području Rijeke, nakon verbalnog napada na oštećenika, pristajući da ga svojim postupanjem usmrti, istome prišao s leđa te ga udarao metalnom palicom i ubadao nožem uslijed čega je oštećenik zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede

Ž upanijsko državno odvjetništvo u Rijeci je, po primitku kaznene prijave Policijske uprave primorsko-goranske, provelo ispitivanje državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1997.) zbog kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju iz članka 110. stavak 1. u svezi članka 34. stavak 1. Kaznenog zakona.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je 29-godišnji osumnjičenik 17. lipnja 2026. u jutarnjim satima, na području Rijeke, nakon verbalnog napada na oštećenika, pristajući da ga svojim postupanjem usmrti, istome prišao s leđa te ga udarao metalnom palicom i ubadao nožem uslijed čega je oštećenik zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede.

Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Rijeci podnijet je prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv osumnjičenika zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela (članka 123. stavak 1. točka 2. i 3. Zakona o kaznenom postupku).
