Avdullah Hoti, i cili tashmë ka marrë votat e nevojshme për deputet nga radhët e LDK-së, ka thënë se rezultati nga zgjedhjet e 7 qershorit ka treguar se LDK-ja duhet të rikthehet te elektorati i saj “tradicional”.

LDK-ja ka marrë 16.69 për qind të votave të përgjithshme, duke siguruar 18 ulëse në Kuvendin e Kosovës.

Hoti ka shkruar se “eksperimente me LDK-në dhe me të ardhmen e saj nuk do të ketë”, e se kjo parti nuk mund të jetë peng i askujt, derisa nuk ka përmendur emra se kujt i është referuar brenda saj.

“Rezultati ka dhënë një mesazh të qartë: LDK duhet të rikthehet fuqishëm te elektorati i saj tradicional, te vlerat e saj dhe te vizioni që e ka ndërtuar këtë parti. Duhet të luftojmë çdo mentalitet që dobëson aleancat tona historike dhe cenon rrugën euroatlantike të Kosovës. LDK nuk është pronë e askujt dhe nuk mund të jetë peng i interesave personale. LDK është më e madhe se secili individ, është një mision politik dhe historik”, ka shkruar Hoti.

Të martën, Arben Gashi i cili sipas rezultateve të Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve po ashtu ka marrë votat e nevojshme si deputet nga radhët e Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës, ka kërkuar zgjedhje të brendshme në LDK pasi ka thënë se një LDK me 16% nuk është LDK-ja që njohim e as që e ndërtoi shtetin e Kosovës.
