Historically weak housing sales

Hittil i år er det solgt 5.985 ny boliger. Det er 16 prosent lavere enn samme periode i fjor.

– Høye byggekostnader, usikkerhet og svak lønnsomhet stopper nye prosjekter, sier Maria Hoff, konstituert administrerende direktør i Boligprodusentenes Forening.

Likevel peker pilen den andre veien når det kommer til igangsetting av nye boliger. Der er nivået 18 prosent over mai måned i 2025.
