Paneli Vlerësues i Këshillit Prokurorial të Kosovës ka konfirmuar kandidatët që plotësojnë kushtet për pozitën e Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit.
Sipas njoftimit, paneli Vlerësues ka konstatuar se të gjithë kandidatët që kanë aplikuar kanë plotësuar kushtet për të vazhduar në fazat e mëtejme të procesit të përzgjedhjes e të cilët janë: Atdhe Dema; Naim Abazi; Rafet Halimi; Shqipdon Fazliu; dhe, Zejnullah Gashi.
"Paneli Vlerësues i Këshillit Prokurorial të Kosovës për emërimin e Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit, i kryesuar nga Kryesuesi i Këshillit Prokurorial të Kosovës, Arian Gashi, së bashku me anëtarët, Elza Bajrami – Kastrati, dhe Visar Krasniqi, ka mbajtur sot takim në kuadër të procedurës së përzgjedhjes së Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit", theksohet në njoftim.
Gjatë takimit, Paneli Vlerësues ka shqyrtuar dhe vlerësuar dokumentacionin e kandidatëve që kanë aplikuar për këtë pozitë, me qëllim të verifikimit të përmbushjes së kushteve dhe kritereve të përcaktuara me legjislacionin në fuqi.
"Pas shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit, Paneli Vlerësues ka konstatuar se të gjithë kandidatët që kanë aplikuar kanë plotësuar kushtet për të vazhduar në fazat e mëtejme të procesit të përzgjedhjes e të cilët janë: • Atdhe Dema, prokuror në Prokurorinë Speciale të Kosovës; • Naim Abazi, prokuror në Prokurorinë Speciale të Kosovës; • Rafet Halimi, prokuror në Prokurorinë Speciale të Kosovës; • Shqipdon Fazliu, prokuror në Zyrën e Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit; dhe • Zejnullah Gashi, Kryeprokuror i Prokurorisë Themelore në Prishtinë", thuhet tutje në njoftim.
Procesi i vlerësimit është zhvilluar në mënyrë transparente dhe në përputhje me standardet e përcaktuara ligjore.
Paneli Vlerësues thekson se do të vazhdojë me procedurat e mëtejme të procesit të përzgjedhjes së Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit, në përputhje me afatet dhe kriteret e përcaktuara me legjislacionin në fuqi.
