A group of cyclists from Serbia travel to Hilandara for a humanitarian drive

A group of Serbian cyclists plans to embark on a humanitarian bike ride from Kragujevac to Mount Athos, aiming to raise funds for the Milica Women's Center, which supports women suffering from breast and gynecological cancers. The event, organized by volunteers including a physical education professor, civil engineer, and software engineer, will include stops along the route where citizens can join and donate. Over the past three years, more than 3,000 women and their families have received free support through the center’s services.

SREMSKA MITROVICA – U pešačkoj zoni u Ulici kralja Petra prolaznici ovih dana zastaju zbog nesvakidašnjeg prizora.

– Sve to kupim njima. Nekad skupim tri hiljade, nekad pet hiljada dinara. Kako kada. Sve ide porodici – kaže skromni Radovan.

Njegove godine mnoge iznenade.

– Imam 84 godine.

– Nosim kateter i imam svojih problema.

Otišao sam, radio i stekao penziju – priča Vukelić.

Danas, umesto da mirno uživa u penzionerskim danima, svoje vreme koristi da pomogne drugima.

Njegova priča posebno dira ljude jer pokazuje da humanost nema godine . Dok mnogi prolaze pored njega, tek kada čuju zašto svira, zastanu, pruže ruku i ostave prilog.
