Prisoner found dead in his cell in Dubrovnik

A prisoner was found dead in the Dubrava Correctional Center on Friday. According to the Kosovo Correction Service and the Prison Health Department, the incident occurred in Pavilion D, where inmates with special needs are housed. Officials stated that correction officers discovered the self-inflicted death of an inmate named K.N., provided immediate medical assistance, and transported him urgently to the Regional Hospital in Pejë.

Një i burgosur është gjetur i vdekur të enjten në Qendrën Korrektuese të Dubravës.

Sipas njoftimit të Shërbimit Korrektues të Kosovës dhe Departamentit Shëndetësor të Burgjeve, rasti ka ndodhur në Pavijonin D, ku janë të vendosur personat me nevoja të veçanta.

“Zyrtarët korrektues kanë hasur në një rast të vetëvarjes së të burgosurit me inicialet K.N. dhe kanë reaguar menjëherë së bashku me personelin mjekësor, duke i ofruar ndihmën e parë dhe duke e transportuar me urgjencë në Spitalin Rajonal në Pejë”, thuhet në njoftim.
