El coordinador del PRI en la Cámara de Diputados, Rubén Moreira Valdez , afirmó que las actuales protestas de la Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación ( CNTE ) en la Ciudad de México tienen su origen en el incumplimiento de Morena a promesas electoreras relacionadas, principalmente, con el sistema de pensiones y mejoras salariales.

“Más allá de si uno está de acuerdo o no con las reformas pensionarias del 97 y del 2007, ellos hicieron una oferta electoral. Primero lo hizo Andrés Manuel López Obrador y después la presidenta de echar para atrás la reforma pensionaria y hoy no cuentan con los recursos necesarios para cumplir lo que ofrecieron”, enfatizó.

Moreira Valdez puntualizó que, además, hay otras demandas sociales que no han sido atendidas, ente ellas, los reclamos de las Madres y Familias Buscadoras "quienes continúan buscando solas a sus seres queridos"; los transportistas que demandan seguridad en las carreteras por asaltos y los campesinos que siguen solicitando precios de garantía más altos para sus cosechas.

El legislador del PRI también recordó que en el Senado de la República , la presidencia de la Mesa Directiva que corresponde a Morena, ha mantenido en el cajón la reforma al Artículo 123, ya aprobada por diputados federales, senadores y congresos locales, para que policías, guardias nacionales, médicos, enfermeras y maestros, perciban un salario mínimo profesional, que en estos momentos sería de alrededor de 19 mil pesos.

Durante el programa “Con Peras, Manzanas y Naranjas” , acompañado de los especialistas Mario Di Costanzo y Francisco Lezama , el coordinador parlamentario explicó que al malestar por este incumplimiento se suman malas decisiones presupuestales de Morena que han llevado a México a una profunda crisis financiera, educativa y social.

Francisco Lezama expuso que los gobiernos de Morena han eliminado del presupuesto 38 programas en materia educativa que operaban entre 2015 y 2018, como son Escuelas de Tiempo Completo, Escuela Digna, apoyos directos a planteles educativos y mecanismos de compensación financiera para las entidades federativas aproximadamente 87 mil millones de pesos, lo que sin duda, consideró impacta en las manifestaciones de la CNTE .

Los recursos retirados de sectores prioritarios, indicó Rubén Moreira , fueron canalizados a proyectos emblemáticos de la pasada administración, como el Tren Maya , al Corredor Interoceánico , a la "refinería que no refina", a la "línea aérea que no vuela" y a un aeropuerto que sigue "sin alcanzar los resultados prometidos" y cuyo costo conjunto ronda los 1.5 billones de pesos, enfatizó.

Por su parte, el economista Mario Di Costanzo coincidió que el fallido esquema financiero se refleja en los problemas con el magisterio y explica también por qué la prueba PISA registra retrocesos importantes en aprendizaje y rendimiento académico, como lo muestran los resultados más recientes de la prueba PISA, que reflejan una década perdida en materia educativa.

Por lo anterior, Rubén Moreira subrayó que las protestas que hoy vemos son el resultado de años de promesas sin cumplir y decisiones equivocadas que terminan alcanzando a todos los mexicanos.
