En person har avlidit efter en villabrand i Sexdrega i Svenljunga kommun. Branden ska ha brutit ut på altanen.

Larmet kom in strax innan klockan fem på tisdagseftermiddagen.

Både ambulans, räddningstjänst och polis är på plats. Enligt SOS Alarm, ska branden inte ha spridit sig till huset.

En person ska enligt polisen ha hittas avliden i anslutning till branden.

Identitet är okänd i nuläget.
