USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave istarske policije, pokrenuo istragu protiv sedmero hrvatskih državljana koji se sumnjiče za preprodaju veće količine kokaina i marihuane u Istri te pranje novca stečenog od preprodaje droge kupovinom nekretnina i vozila.
Kako su izvijestili policija i tužiteljstvo, skupina se sumnjiči za zločinačko udruženje, neovlaštenu proizvodnju i promet drogama u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja, krivotvorenje isprava i pranje novca.
Tužiteljstvo i policija sumnjaju da je 34-godišnjak organizirao i vodio zločinačko udruženje na području Istarske županije od početka 2025. do 17. lipnja ove godine te je u njega povezao 33-godišnjaka, 35-godišnjaka, 59-godišnjaka, 43-godišnjaka i 19-godišnjaka.
Istarska policija navodi da je svaki član zločinačkog udruženja imao svoju zadaću, pa je tako 34-godišnjak nabavio najmanje 4,8 kilograma kokaina i 5,9 kilograma marihuane i organizirao njihovo dopremanje do šumskog predjela u Varvarima.
Potom je u baraci, koju je ilegalno postavio na državnom zemljištu, zajedno s 33-godišnjakom i 35-godišnjakom povećavao masu kokaina dodavanjem punila. Drogu su potom pakirali i manje pakete te su je skladištili u posudama koje su sakrivali pod zemljom i kamenjem u šumskim predjelima u Varvarima i Kaštelir-Labincima.
Kada je droga bila pripremljena za preprodaju, 33-godišnjak, 35-godišnjak i 19-godišnjak su je prevozili na područje Červar-Porta i sakrivali kod 33-godišnjaka na tajnoj lokaciji ispred stana i na drugim mjestima.
Zatim su drogu prodavali krajnjim konzumentima, a isto tako su je ustupali na daljnju prodaju 59-godišnjaku i 43-godišnjaku koji su drogu dalje distribuirali i prodavali krajnjim konzumentima na području Istre.
Drugoosumnjičeni 33-godišnjak je ujedno pratio i kontrolirao distribuciju droge kupcima tako što je obračunavao prodanu drogu i vodio naplatu dugovanja, navodi istarska policija dodajući da je skupina preprodala najmanje 1,9 kilograma kokaina i 338 grama marihuane, pri čemu su zaradili najmanje 196.417 eura.
Kako bi prikrili podrijetlo novca od preprodaje droge, 34-godišnjak, 33-godišnjak, 35-godišnjaka, 43-godišnjak i 19-godišnjak su, zajedno s 30-godišnjom hrvatskom državljankom, prikrivali trag novcu i neistinito prikazivali da novčana sredstva potječu iz zakonitog izvora.
Policija i USKOK preciziraju da su novac slali u mobilne novčanike, na vlastite bankovne račune i račune drugih osoba te da su novac u iznosu od najmanje 718.887 eura koristili za kupnju i dovršetak nekretnina, za kupnju vozila te za igre na sreću.
U policiji navode da su tijekom pretraga domova, drugih prostora i vozila osumnjičenika te lokacijama na kojima se čuvala droga pronašli 2,9 kilograma kokaina, 2,5 kilograma hašiša, 3,1 kilogram marihuane te 17.535 eura i 1300 švicarskih franaka.
Uz to, pronađene su i digitalne vage, uređaji za vakumiranje, mobiteli, prijenosna računala, GPS lokator i drugi predmeti koji potječu ili su korišteni prilikom počinjenja kaznenih djela.
Također je pronađeno pet pištolja, tri ručne bombe, 151 gram plastičnog eksploziva s inicijalnom kapislom, pištoljski prigušivač i 582 komada streljiva.
Policijska uprava istarska naglašava da je riječ o najvećoj ovogodišnjoj zapljeni droge na području Istarske županije, kao i da su osumnjičenici već ranije kazneno prijavljivani.
USKOK je priopćio da će sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Rijeci predložiti određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv šestorice okrivljenika, dok u odnosu na jednu okrivljenicu nije bilo osnove za predlaganje istražnog zatvora.
