Zełeński po rozmowie z Trumpem. Będą naciski na Rosję

Jak informuje Reuters, przywódcy państw obecnych na szczycie G7 we Francji zgodnie chcą zwiększenia presji na Rosję i nałożenia na Kreml większych sankcji. Donald Trump potwierdził, że USA lada moment wróci do zakazu importowania ropy z Rosji, a po rozmowie z Wołodymyrem Zełeńskim zaapelował do Putina o pokój w Europie.
Do tego spotkania mogło nie dojść. Prezydent Ukrainy Wołodymyr Zełeński chciał porozmawiać z prezydentem USA podczas francuskiego szczytu G7 w Evian. Donald Trump jednak rozmów tych unikał. Niewyłączone mikrofony zarejestrowały fragment rozmowy Zełeńskiego z Emmanucelem Macronem, który polecił mu, by opóźnił swój wyjazd z Francji, a on zrobi wszystko, by do spotkania z prezydentem USA doprowadzić.
I to się udało. Prezydent USA o 10:35 opublikował na portalach społecznościowych, który jednoznacznie potwierdza, że do rozmowy z Donaldem Trumpem doszło. Według Reutersa rozmowa była krótka, trwała ledwie kilkanaście minut. Ale i była dla Ukrainy owocna.
W kuluarach szczytu G7 prezydenci omówili m.in. kwestię uzyskania licencji na produkcję pocisków w samej Ukrainie, otrzymania od USA większej liczby pocisków oraz rozmów pokojowych z Rosją. Zełeński miał wskazać, że pokój w Ukrainie musi zostać zawarty przed zimą. I że potrzebuje gwarancji bezpieczeństwa na okres powojenny.
Prezydent Ukrainy powiedział, że wśród przywódców uczestniczących w szczycie panuje jednomyślność co do tego, że Rosja nie wygrywa wojny i musi zawrzeć porozumienie o jej zakończeniu tak szybko, jak to możliwe. Jednocześnie wszyscy przywódcy obecni na szczycie mieli uznać, że Rosja „chce atakować cywilną infrastrukturę”.
O sukcesie rozmów świadczy późniejsze wystąpienie Donalda Trumpa. Podczas spotkania z emirem Kataru, szejkiem Tamimem bin Hamadem Al Thanim, dziennikarze pytali prezydenta USA o wojnę w Ukrainie. Trump powiedział wprost, że jego zdaniem Rosja powinna podpisać umowę pokojową – i że Władimir Putin zdaje się być tym pomysłem zainteresowany. „Oni walczą dalej, ale tracą wielu żolnierzy” – przekazał mediom.
„Los zaczyna się przechylać na stronę Ukrainy. Sytuacja w 2026 roku jest zupełnie inna niż w 2025. Ukraina dzielnie utrzymuje linię frontu. Rosyjskie zmęczenie widać coraz wyraźniej. To czas, by podwoić nasze wsparcie (dla Ukrainy)” – napisała na portalu X szefowa KE Ursula von der Leyen.
Sytuacja Ukrainy i Rosji była jednym z głównych tematów szczytu G7. Kraje Europy nie mają wątpliwości co do pomysłu nałożenia jeszcze większych sankcji na Rosję – by w ten sposób budować presję na Kreml i prowokować do zakończenia wojny.
Ukraina jest regularnie bombardowana przez Rosję. Tylko w ostatnich dniach wojska Putina napadły na Charków i Kijów, niszcząc m.in. prawosławny klasztor Ławrę Peczerską, wpisaną na listę światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO. We wtorek ukraińskie drony zaatakowały rafinerę ropy naftowej Kapotnia w Moskwie, ok. 10 mil od Kremla.

Rząd przyjął projekt uchwały w sprawie utworzenia w Polsce stałej bazy dla amerykańskich wojsk w Polsce. Premier Donald Tusk poinformował też o rychłej finalizacji rozmów z tajwańską firmą Foxconn, która ma wspomóc budowę polskich aut elektycznych. Umowa ma zostać podpisana jesienią tego roku, a premier liczy na tempo producji na ok. 400 tysięcy aut rocznie.
Adam Szłapka, rzecznik prasowy polskiego rządu potwierdził, że KPRM przyjął projekt uchwały „w sprawie podjęcia działań w celu utworzenia stałej bazy sił zbrojnych Stanów Zjednoczonych w Polsce”.
To pomysł szefa MON, Władysława Kosiniaka-Kamysza, który chce zbudować w kraju stałą bazę dla wojsk USA. Jak zdradził premier Donald Tusk, chodzi o stworzenie warunków logistycznych, finansowych, organizacyjnych i mieszkaniowych dla żołnierzy z USA, którzy mieliby stacjonować w Polsce na stałe – zgodnie z zapowiedziami Donalda Trumpa. „Nie możemy czekać na realizację zobowiązania prezydenta USA. Musimy się do tego przygotować” – zadeklarował Tusk.
„Historyczny krok” – skomentował na portalu X Tomasz Siemoniak, wiceminister MSWiA.
Na razie nie wiadomo, kiedy baza miałaby zostać zbudowana, dla ilu żołnierzy i kiedy ci właściwie mieliby zacząć na stałe stacjonować w kraju.
Donald Tusk ogłosił też, że po wakacjach Polska będzie finalizować rozmowy z firmą Foxconn, przemysłowym gigantem z Tajwanu, która miałaby pomóc w budowie polskich samochodów elektrycznych.
