Hakimi, accused of rape by Moroccans, should be brought to justice

A French appellate court has confirmed that Ásraf Hakími, a Moroccan football player for the Paris Saint-Germain, will face trial over allegations of sexual assault. Hakími denies the charges and expressed relief that the case will finally go to court. The accusations date back to February 2023, when a then-24-year-old woman alleged that Hakími sexually assaulted her. If found guilty, Hakími could face up to 15 years in prison.
