L’attaque sur cette raffinerie est une «réponse pleinement justifiée aux attaques russes contre nos villes et nos communautés» , a déclaré de son côté, sur les réseaux sociaux le président ukrainien Volodymyr Zelensky.
Cette raffinerie assure plus d’un tiers des besoins en carburant de la capitale russe, notamment pour ses aéroports, selon des informations disponibles sur son site officiel. Ce mardi, elle avait déjà été visée par une vaste attaque de drones ukrainiens.
