Afera Black Cube se močno zapleta – a ne na tak način, kot so si predstavljale leve stranke – pred kratkim je namreč Joško Kadivnik priznal, da ni imela Sova prav nobenih dokazov, da so zloglasle prisluhe snemali v obveščevalni agenciji Black Cube. Leva politika pa bi rada tematiko zopet speljala stran od tega nerodnega dejstva. Komisija DZ za nadzor obveščevalnih in varnostnih služb (Knovs) bo namreč opravila nadzor na policiji v zvezi s podatki, predanimi tožilstvu, v zadevi Black Cube, je v izjavi za medije napovedala predsednica Knovsa Janja Sluga. Za to so se odločili zaradi špekulacij nekaterih članov Knovsa in drugih v zvezi z dokazi v tej aferi, je dejala Sluga.
Pojasnila je, da je Knovs na današnjem nadaljevanju prve redne seje obravnaval poročila služb o prikritih preiskovalnih ukrepih za lansko leto, obravnavali pa so tudi načrt dela za leto 2026. Kot je poudarila, dokumenti niso “vsebovali ničesar posebnega, nič takega, kar bi posebej izstopalo in o čemer bi bilo treba posebej obveščati”.
Ob tem pa je izpostavila, da so se v izjavah nekaterih članov Knovsa, v nekaterih medijih in v izjavah drugih pojavile manipulacije oziroma špekulacije v zvezi z afero Black Cube in dokazi, predanimi tožilstvu. Kot je dejala, se je odločila, da v zvezi s tem opravijo nadzor na policiji, “da ta manipulacija, ki je zakrožila, ne ostane in ne obvisi v javnosti”.
Nekateri dolgoletni člani Knovsa po besedah Sluge vedo, da “manipulacij, ki so jih izrekli v svojih razpravah ali v izjavah, ne morem in ne smem zanikati, ne da bi tudi sama izdala tajnost podatkov”. Zato Sluga tudi verjame, da so bile te izjave izrečene načrtno. Sluga danes ni izpostavljala imen, je pa v torek poslancu SDS Žanu Mahniču očitala zlorabo pooblastil, kršitev zakona in poslovnika, ko je na seji DZ razpravljal o podatkih, s katerimi naj bi se seznanil na seji Knovsa.
Da je na seji Knovs pred kratkim Mahnič je namreč na izredni seji DZ spregovoril o aferi Black Cube in med drugim dejal, da ni “niti enega dokaza, in to smo tisti, ki smo bili včeraj (v sredo op. a.) na komisiji za nadzor obveščevalnih in varnostnih služb, slišali, da je te posnetke posnela agencija Black Cube”. Da naj bi Joško Kadivnik sam priznal, da nimajo dokazov o vpletenosti Black Cuba v zloglasne prisluhe smo poročali tukaj .

Spomnimo, kljub vsem dramatičnim obtožbam in medijski gonji medijskega konglomerata vladajoče koalicije v aferi Black Cube edino nedvoumno in dokumentirano dejstvo, ki izhaja iz poročila Sove, ni domnevno “tuje vmešavanje” v volitve, temveč dolgotrajno intenzivno opazovanje sedeža stranke SDS na Trstenjakovi ulici v Ljubljani. Namesto da bi Sova razkrila konkretne dokaze o vplivanju izraelskih zasebnih obveščevalcev na slovensko politiko, je nehote priznala, da že vrsto let sistematično spremlja dejavnost največje opozicijske stranke.
Temeljno poslanstvo Slovenske obveščevalno-varnostne agencije (Sova) je zaščita nacionalnih interesov Republike Slovenije pred grožnjami iz tujine. Agencija naj bi zbirala podatke o varnostnih, političnih in gospodarskih grožnjah ter preprečevala škodo s strani tujih akterjev.
Vendar pa afera Black Cube razkriva obrnjeno logiko: namesto da bi se osredotočila na morebitne tuje grožnje, Sova (ali “paraSova”) očitno že dolga leta intenzivno spremlja notranjega političnega nasprotnika – največjo opozicijsko stranko. To spominja na nekdanjo prakso Udbe in njenih naslednic, ki so se namesto z zunanjimi grožnjami raje ukvarjale z “notranjim sovražnikom”.
