Tourist plane crashes in Comasco: two men aged 58 and 55 years old

A two-seater tourism aircraft crashed in the province of Como on Saturday afternoon, resulting in serious injuries to an Italian man aged 58 and a Swiss man aged 55. The crash occurred around 4:30 PM in a field near the sports center of Lurate Caccivio. Emergency services including firefighters, ambulances, and a helicopter were dispatched to the scene. Un aereo da turismo biposto è caduto sabato pomeriggio nel Comasco . A bordo due passeggeri, un cittadino italiano di 58 anni e uno svizzero di 55, che si trovano ora in condizioni gravissime. Lo schianto è avvenuto intorno alle 16.30 in un campo nei pressi del centro sportivo di Lurate Caccivio, in provincia di Como. Sul posto sono intervenuti i vigili del fuoco, le ambulanze da Appiano Gentile e Lomazzo e l’elisoccorso da Sondrio.

I due uomini sono stati estratti dai resti dell’abitacolo dai vigili del fuoco e trasportati all’ospedale Niguarda di Milano in codice rosso. Uno dei passeggeri è stato portato tramite l’elisoccorso. L’ aereo su cui erano a bordo , un ultraleggero svizzero, era partito da Locarno e i motivi dello schianto sono ancora da accertare. Per questo motivo sul posto sono arrivati anche i carabinieri.
