The government office has revoked the operating license of the Normafa sled track

The Pest County Government Office revoked the operating permit of the Normafa ski and sled track. The Normafa Park stated that if this decision remains unchanged, it would end Hungary's only regularly operating ski and sled track during winter. According to the government decree, the county office allowed the local government to use a protected natural area for winter sports development at Normafa Park. The historical sports area was classified as a matter of national economic importance by a previous government decree, meaning the nature protection approval process was considered a priority.

Szerdán a Pest Vármegyei Kormányhivatal visszavonta a normafai szánkó-, sífutó- és gyereksípálya működési engedélyét – tette közzé a Facebookon a Normafa Park.

„Ha ez a döntés változatlan formában fennmarad, akkor megszűnik Magyarország egyetlen rendszeresen működő szánkó- és sífutópályájának téli működése” – írják.

A kormányhatározat szerint a Pest Vármegyei Kormányhivatal engedélyezte az önkormányzatnak, hogy a Normafa Park téli sportfejlesztéseihez használjon egy védett természeti területet.

A Normafa Park történelmi sportterületével kapcsolatos hatósági ügyeket egy korábbi kormányrendelet nemzetgazdasági szempontból kiemelt jelentőségű üggyé nyilvánította. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a síterephez kapcsolódó természetvédelmi engedélyezési eljárás is kiemelt eljárásnak számított.

Csakhogy a Védegylet Egyesület megtámadta a természetvédelmi hatóság engedélyező határozatát. A hatóság ezután megvizsgálta a keresetet, és maga is arra jutott, hogy „a tárgyi ügyben a megalapozott érdemi döntéshez a tényállás további tisztázása szükséges, ezért a Határozat jogszabálysértő, így a Természetvédelmi Hatóság annak visszavonásáról rendelkezett”.

A határozatot bíróságon lehet megtámadni.
