Με τίτλο « Ήπειρος: Οι ρίζες και το μέλλον της αυθεντικότητας », το Cantina Academy ανοίγει τη συζήτηση για το πώς η παραγωγή, η γαστρονομία, ο τουρισμός και η επιχειρηματικότητα μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν συμπληρωματικά, δημιουργώντας ένα βιώσιμο μοντέλο ανάπτυξης για την επόμενη δεκαετία.

Η Ήπειρος αποτελεί τον σημαντικότερο πυρήνα της ελληνικής αιγοπροβατοτροφίας και τη βασική ζώνη παραγωγής της φέτας ΠΟΠ. Ταυτόχρονα, διαθέτει ένα ευρύ χαρτοφυλάκιο προϊόντων ΠΟΠ και ΠΓΕ, μια ισχυρή γαστρονομική ταυτότητα και ένα φυσικό τοπίο που προσελκύει ολοένα και περισσότερους επισκέπτες από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
