The Financial Agency (Fina) has awarded the Golden Balances to the most successful Croatian companies of 2024. This year’s awards were presented under the patronage of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. Na slovesnosti, ki je potekala v hotelu Esplanade v Zagrebu, je Finančna agencija (Fina) razglasila zmagovalce svojih prestižnih nagrad Zlate ravnotežje, ki priznavajo najbolj uspešna hrvaška podjetja za njihove poslovne dosežke v letu 2024. To je osemnajsto leto, ko je Fina podelila te nagrade, ki so bili tokrat pod visokim pokroviteljstvom vlade Republike Hrvaške.
Tekmovanje je pritegnilo precejšnje število udeležencev, pri čemer je 3.757 podjetij izpolnilo merila za sodelovanje v tekmovanju. Ta podjetja so bila izbrana med skupno 166.052 podjetji, ki so predložili letna finančna poročila za leto 2024.
Med izjemnimi zmagovalci je Končar - Distributivni i specijalni transformatori imenovan za najuspešnejše veliko podjetje. To priznanje poudarja močno uspešnost podjetja na področju distribucije in posebnih transformatorjev, kritičnega sektorja v širši energetski industriji.
V kategoriji najhitreje rastočega podjetja je nagrado prejel SATO iz Zaboka, kar kaže na izjemno širitev poslovanja v letu. NEXE iz Našice je bil nagrajen kot najuspešnejše podjetje z neprekinjenim poslovanjem, kar odraža njegovo dolgoročno stabilnost in dosledno uspešnost. Zagrebska banka je bila razglašena za najuspešnejšo banko, kar je poudarilo njeno vodilno vlogo v finančnem sektorju. V kmetijskem sektorju je Koka iz Varazdina osvojila Zlato ravnovesje za najuspešnejše kmetijsko podjetje.
Medtem je Turisthotel iz Zdra osvojil prvo mesto v turistični industriji, podjetje Belupo iz Kopřivnice pa je bilo priznano kot najuspešnejše proizvodno podjetje.
Te nagrade ne služijo le kot dokaz za dosežke podjetij, temveč tudi kot merilo za druga podjetja, ki si prizadevajo za odličnost na svojih področjih.
