According to data from Google’s transparency center, these ads began appearing on Google in the current week, targeting Slovenian consumers. All websites hosting these ads are registered to the same company, which operates from Banja Luka, the capital of Republika Srpska. This location has been a long-standing base for tax advisor Rok Snežič, who frequently attracts Slovenian entrepreneurs there. The director and owner of the Bosnian company Lunos is Bojan Zrnić. According to sources close to the case, he is related to Lidija Zrnić, former partner of Rok Snežič. Earlier, during a financial investigation by the Financial Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Serbia (Furs), Snežič claimed he borrowed €600,000 from Lidija Zrnić in 2004. She later became the owner of his former Slovenian firm, Imperij, specializing in tax advisory services. Bojan Zrnić also runs the Bosnian company Moj Pravnik, formerly known as Isplata-Odšteta, which was previously controlled by Snežič. Today, he presents it as his partner company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was this very company that submitted a request to the Institute for Intellectual Property in Bosnia and Herzegovina in December 2024 for the registration of the brand name Lunos, which was approved by the end of the year. Snežič’s associates officially registered the brand name Lunos in December 2025. This raises critical questions regarding the interests served by Snežič’s group entering the dispute between the two companies. I-Vent declined to comment on the competitive maneuvering but advised potential clients to exercise extreme caution when dealing with entities likely offering products lacking proper EU certifications. Sources close to the company suggest that the operation involving Lunos in Bosnia and Herzegovina is aimed at undermining their position in the market.
