L'accident tragique survenu à Lanovce v Liberci en octobre 2021, qui a tué le conducteur, a entraîné de graves poursuites judiciaires.

Les représentants des pouvoirs publics ont déposé une plainte contre trois personnes physiques et une personne morale, mais České dráhy reste dans la position de la partie accusée, qui affirme qu'elle n'a pas de responsabilité pénale.
