SloveniaOn June 30, 2026, the Slovenian under-14 tennis teams concluded their participation at the Tennis Europe Summer Cup, one of the most important European team competitions in this age category. Both teams gained valuable experience for future development, finishing in 7th place. The boys' team competed in Romania's Suceava, while the girls' team played in Karlovcu, Croatia. Both teams trained together with Croatian players before the event, with the boys training in Krškem and the girls in Karlovcu. The boys' team faced Bosnia and Herzegovina in the decisive match for final qualification and came very close to defeating Ukraine, with the outcome decided by a tie-break in doubles. The girls' team defeated Malta in the preliminary round and advanced to the main qualification stage, where they faced Ukraine, a strong contender. Both teams highlighted the positive team spirit, competitive spirit, and international experiences gained during the tournament.
