Es wird von der börsennotierten Firma PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk (TMPO) veröffentlicht, deren größte Blöcke von Unternehmen gehalten werden, die mit dem Outlet selbst und seinen Mitarbeitern verbunden sind: Yayasan Tempo (die Tempo Foundation, ~ 17%), PT Jaya Raya Utama (~ 16%) und Yayasan Karyawan Tempo (Mitarbeiterstiftung, ~ 8%).
