Dovršena je kriminalistička istraga nad 42-godišnjim muškarcem osumnjičenim za razbojništvo koje se dogodilo prije 12 i pol godina u mjestu Čačinci kod Slatine, izvijestili su iz PU virovitičko-podravske.
"Kazneno djelo se dogodilo 11. siječnja 2014. godine oko podneva, kada su u kuću tada 79-godišnje oštećene u mjestu Čačinci ušle dvije nepoznate osobe, muškarac i žena.
Muškarac je uporabom sile spriječio oštećenu u traženju pomoći, dok je žena iz sobe otuđila novčani iznos od 1.850,00 kuna (oko 245 eura), nakon čega su se udaljili u nepoznatom pravcu.
Iako je od počinjenja kaznenog djela prošlo 12 godina, policijski službenici kontinuirano su poduzimali mjere i radnje s ciljem pronalaska počinitelja", priopćila je policija.
Suvremene metode pomogle u otkrivanju razbojnika
Iz policije navode da su detaljnim i ustrajnim operativnim radom te primjenom suvremenih kriminalističko-tehničkih metoda i forenzičkih vještačenja bioloških tragova izuzetih s mjesta događaja, prikupljeni ključni materijalni dokazi protiv osumnjičenog.
"Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja uz posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Virovitici, osumnjičeni je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave virovitičko-podravske.
Policijski službenici nastavljaju daljnje poduzimanje mjera i radnji s ciljem utvrđivanja identiteta i pronalaska druge osobe koja je sudjelovala u počinjenju ovog kaznenog djela", navodi se u policijskom priopćenju.
