Višje sodišče v Beogradu je na zaporni kazni obsodilo starša dečka, ki je 3. maja leta 2023 na beograjski osnovni šoli Vladislava Ribnikarja z očetovima pištolama ubil devet učencev in varnostnika, še šest ljudi pa ranil.

Dečkov oče Vladimir Kecmanović je bil obsojen na 14 let in šest mesecev zapora, mama Miljana pa na dve leti in 11 mesecev, poročajo srbski mediji. Sodišče je odločilo, da je oče kriv kaznivega dejanja povzročitve splošne nevarnosti ter zanemarjanja in zlorabe mladoletnega sina, mater pa le za slednje.

Tožilec je za očeta predlagal 14 let in 11 mesecev zapora, za mater pa triletno zaporno kazen. Obramba je medtem zahtevala oprostitev obtožencev z argumentom, da obtožbe iz obtožnice niso bile dokazane. Tako tožilstvo kot obramba lahko na pritožbeno sodišče na današnjo sodbo še vložita pritožbo.
Fant v času strelskega napada še ni bil star 14 let in zato ni kazensko odgovoren.
Šlo je za ponovljeni sodni postopek, ki je potekal od konca januarja. Staršema, ki sta več čas zavračala krivdo, so ponovno sodili, ker je pritožbeno sodišče odpravilo prvostopenjsko sodbo, s katero sta bila obsojena na večletno zaporno kazen, ker nista poskrbela za varnost orožja, ki sta ga hranila doma, in ker sta sinu dovolila vaditi streljanje na mestnem strelišču. Očetu je sodišče že takrat dosodilo 14 let in šest mesecev zapora, materi pa tri leta zapora.
Že predtem so znižali kazen inštruktorju v strelskem klubu Partizan, v katerega je oče vozil sina, da je vadil streljanje; sodišče je dosodilo, da bo moral v hišnem zaporu preživeti eno leto. Na pet mesecev hišnega zapora je bil zaradi lažnega pričanja v preiskavi obsojen tudi lastnik omenjenega strelskega kluba, ki je s tožilstvom sklenil sporazum o priznanju krivde.
Med sodnim postopkom je bil priča proti staršem in inštruktorju tudi deček. Na zaslišanju je za svoje dejanje večkrat obtožil svoje starše. Mati naj bi od njega zahtevala, da je bil vedno najboljši, in kričala, ko mu to ni uspelo.
Srbijo sta maja leta 2023 pretresla dva strelska napada. Le dan po množičnem umoru na beograjski šoli je 20-letnik v treh vaseh blizu Mladenovca ubil osem ljudi, večinoma mladih.
